Job Title: Controller / Human Resources Administrator

Salary: $50,000 to 60,000

Employee Type: Full-time

Location: Richmond, VA

Education: BS degree in accounting

Experience: At least 5 years of accounting and human resources (general) experience

Required Travel: Light travel

Relocation Covered: Yes, at least in part

Job Description: Excellent opportunity to develop and lead a small department in a manufacturing environment. Oversee GL accounting, month end closings and work with outside CPA firm on quarterly and yearend filings. Negotiate benefits plans with outside vendors and oversee HR for the company. This is a ground floor opportunity with a well-established company.
