Job Title: Electrical Controls Engineer

Salary: $60,000s to $70,000s

Job Description: Due to continued growth, Richmond design/development and system integrator firm is seeking another talented electrical engineer to join their team of professionals. BSEE or BSEET and several years of experience in machine electrical control systems design/development and implementation utilizing Allen-Bradley ControlLogix or SLC500 series of PLC’s.  Additional experience with MMI’s, Variable Frequency/Programmable Drives, Servo-Motion Systems would be a plus.  When in Richmond, will be heavily involved in design and development of electrical control systems for ultra-high-speed processing machinery and robotic packaging systems.  When at client sites will support installation/startups and commissioning projects and/or provide high-level technical follow-through.  

30%+ travel to client sites in VA, NC, SC, GA, etc. with overtime and incentive pay for a mid $60’s to mid $70’s income.
