Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in water resource management

Required Travel: Some travel (to job sites)

Relocation Covered: Some relocation provided

Job Description: Work closely with developers and municipal governments on land use, water resource management design, and land development projects. Develop engineering drawings and proposals for approval. Opening in Department of 8. Civil Engineers headed by a Penn State grad.
