Job Title: Real Estate Loan Closer

Salary: $10-16 per hour, based on experience

Employee Type: Temp-to-hire (possibly direct hire)

Location: Richmond (West End office)

Education: At least some college

Experience: At least 2 years experience

Required Travel: None

Relocation Covered: No

Job Description: Very busy law firm needs an experienced real estate loan closer. Must be able to handle high volume closings and pay attention to detail. Mistakes can be costly in this field. Candidate must be able to handle at least 30 loan closings a month.
