Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: $35,000 to 50,000

Education: BS or BA (ideally in a technical discipline)

Job Description: We seek your degree and strong people skills in supervising, motivating and managing a team of associates in a non-union production environment in a 2 shift operation. You must have demonstrated leadership in college or in direct work experience. SHS is currently recruiting 7 people for production supervisory positions for several facilities.

Additional Notes: Several trainee positions are open at this time. You will train for 6-18 months before being relocated to your first management assignment in a manufacturing plant.
