Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: $35,000-40,000

Education: At least a bachelor's degree in business or wood science

Job Description: We seek your degree and strong people skills in supervising, motivating and managing a team of associates in a non-union production environment in a two-shift operation. You must have demonstrated leadership. You will supervise the receiving and storage of raw materials as well as the cutting, drying, storage, and shipping of product to finishing plants.

Additional Notes: We are seeking to fill first and second shift positions.
