Job Title: Executive Chef
Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 per year (plus bonus)
Employee Type: Full-time
Location: Richmond, VA
Education: Associates degree in Culinary Arts Business or related field. Certification as an Executive Chef and certifications in Serve-Safe and HACCP required.
Experience: Experience as a working Executive Chef in foods and pastry. Experience with full service kitchen production to include food prep, hiring and training kitchen staff, developing and managing a budget.
Required Travel: None

Job Description: Manage all aspects of full-service kitchen supporting dining, banquet, catering and take-out food service. Excellent opportunity.
Additional Notes: Must have experience in food quality management and sanitation.
